Days of Action Activities

Between now and May 29, what can you do to support pro-public education candidates?

1. Host a “$5.4 Billion Bake Sale” media event! You can do this in a key public place, or in front of a district or campaign office.

2. Offer your help to a candidate! Right now, they need help with block walking, putting up yard signs, making calls and more. Not sure how to find a pro-education candidate? Click here.

3. Host or attend a candidate forum. Our STS 12-page small group guide has 5 key questions to ask candidates.

4. Write a letter or op-ed piece for your local paper, talking about why we need to vote pro-public education.

5. Support a pro-public education organization or candidate with a contribution. Both small and large help!

6. Taking action? Have another idea? Let us know at info@savetxschools.org

Here are STS members around the state taking action. Let us post your picture or video here!
